Please read these terms and conditions of sale carefully. They apply to all products sold and services provided by Riad Ansar.

By booking a rental on the online site www.riad-ansar-location-marrakech.com, the customer declares that he/she accepts the following terms and conditions in full and without reservation.

Accommodation and stay

Riad Ansar can be rented in its entirety and has 3 bedrooms:

- 2 double rooms with 1 double bed and a bathroom with shower

- 1 double room with two single beds and a bathroom with shower

All rooms have air conditioning, WIFI, bedding and linen.

Arrival and departure times

The riad is available to guests from 3pm. On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 11am at the latest. For all arrivals or departures outside these times, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can find a solution (luggage storage, deferred timetable if possible depending on the accommodation). Customers are advised to inform the owner as soon as they book their plane ticket, particularly in the event of a late arrival, so that we can welcome you in the best possible conditions.

Services offered during your stay

In the early or late season, some of the residence's facilities (restaurant, swimming pool, etc.) may be closed. In such cases, Riad Ansar cannot be held responsible.

Luggage and personal effects

The riad Ansar cannot be held responsible for theft, loss or damage to luggage and personal effects stored by guests in the riad if it is not locked, or in their vehicles in the surrounding car parks.

Security

The residence is secured 24/7. Access to the swimming pool is also secure. Riad Ansar provides guests with a pool access card.

Prices

On the online rental website www.riad-ansar-location-marrakech.com, prices are quoted in euros. Customers may, on request, pay for their stay in local currency (MAD) on arrival. The amount in dirham will be calculated according to the exchange rate in force at the time of booking.

Booking & Payment

All online booking requests must be confirmed by email.

Cancellation, withdrawal, modification & termination

Cancellation of the holiday by the Customer

In the event of cancellation of a stay at Riad Ansar by the customer, the following charges will apply:

* Cancellation 30 days or more before arrival: free of charge

* Cancellation less than 30 days or shortened stay or modification: 50% of the total stay.

All cancellation requests must be made by e-mail and must be followed by a confirmation of receipt from Riad Ansar.

Abandonment of stay :

No refund or compensation will be made in the event of early departure from the Riad for reasons of force majeure, minor or personal convenience (including strikes, medical repatriation, etc.).

Responsibilities

It is the responsibility of each customer to find out, before booking, about any local events such as carnivals, religious festivals and rites, or national holidays which could affect the smooth running of the stay. The accommodation provider cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen circumstances or nuisances that may disrupt, interrupt or prevent the holiday. Any damage caused by the customer to the riad during their stay will be invoiced.

Handling of complaints and disputes

Any claim for non-performance or poor performance of the sales contract must be reported on the spot, setting out your grievances, within 4 hours of their discovery. If the complaint cannot be resolved on site, the customer must send a letter within 28 days of arrival detailing the complaint. After this period, no complaint will be considered. The customer may not claim any compensation in the event of urgent repairs having to be carried out during their stay in the accommodation.

Protection of personal information

The information you give us when placing your order will not be passed on to any third party other than the suppliers of the services you have ordered. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, rectify and object to any personal data concerning you. To do so, simply send us a request online or by post, stating your surname, first name and address.
