Cleaning is included and will be done before your arrival and after your departure. We thank you all the same for respecting as much as possible the places and the people who will do the cleaning after your departure. We do not have a cleaning service during the stay but if necessary, you can ask us for this service in addition.

A kitchen is available in the accommodation. Our prices do not include breakfast or meals. You can do your shopping in the residence's grocery shops or in Marrakech's local markets.

The Qaria Assiyahia residence has all the services you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible: grocery shops, restaurants, snack bar, pharmacy, salon de Marrakech, etc,

restaurants, snack bar, pharmacy and hairdresser.

You have access to several restaurants in the residence for an average price of 4 to 6 euros per person. For breakfast, you can buy bread and Moroccan pancakes prepared on site at the residence's grocery shop, also at a lower price, or have lunch in the restaurant.

or lunch in one of the restaurants for 30 / 35 dirhams (3 euros). Some restaurants in the residence also offer delivery to your riad.

The residence's swimming pools are open all year round, except during Ramadan. They are closed every Friday for maintenance. They are open from 10am to 6pm and are not heated.
